an obituary to my airpods

airpods pro 2 was born on 31st october 2023 in texas. he spent a lot of time with his partner ben over the last three years, especially on his walk to work or on a short haul flight.

airpods pro 2’s favourite thing to do was play music. he would also listen to podcasts and answer the occasional phone call.

today (24th april 2026) at 25% battery, upon charging, ben realised the cable would no longer fit into the airpods. there is no gunk blocking the cable, is is truly broken. he is survived by his companion ben.
